Digital Goods & Instant Fulfillment Notice: Pacific-ECS provides immediate access to standardized digital platforms, software environments, and productized creative assets. Because our digital products are instantly delivered and irrevocably accessed upon successful checkout, we do not provide bespoke human consulting, traditional agency retainers, or custom advisory services. Therefore, refunds are not issued for subjective consulting expectations, as no such services are rendered. All refunds are governed strictly by the digital milestone delivery process outlined below.

How Our Milestone System Works: At Pacific-ECS, we productize digital packages to deliver consistent, high-quality assets. Because our platform requires the immediate allocation of dedicated resources and automated processing upon checkout, our refund policy is strictly tied to the milestone progress within your secure client workspace. Upon purchase, your digital package is automatically divided into specific "Digital Deliverables" within your Pacific-ECS workspace. You will review and approve each digital asset as it is generated and delivered.

Our Refund Tiers:

  • 100% Refund: If you are unsatisfied and have not approved any Digital Deliverables within your workspace, you are entitled to a full 100% refund.

  • 50% Refund: If you have reviewed and approved at least one Digital Deliverable, but have approved 50% or less of the total package milestones, you are eligible for a 50% refund. This covers the platform compute resources, initial workspace provisioning, and digital asset generation already completed and accessed.

  • No Refund (0%): Once you have approved more than 50% of the Digital Deliverables within a package, the platform delivery is considered firmly underway, and no refunds will be issued.

The Revision Guarantee: Before requesting a refund on an unapproved digital asset, clients must utilize the built-in revision process within their workspace. We are committed to ensuring the digital output matches the product description. If the digital deliverable still does not meet the standardized package specifications after revisions, the refund tiers above will apply.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items: Certain external items cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including custom domain purchases, third-party software licenses, or external ad spend purchased on your behalf. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific digital package.

How to Request a Refund: Refund requests must be submitted directly through the support ticketing system inside your secure Pacific-ECS workspace or by emailing us at pacificeco1@gmail.com within 7 days of the latest digital asset delivery.

Refund Processing: If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at pacificeco1@gmail.com.
