No physical shipping fees or delivery times apply to any pacific-ecs purchase.

1. Order Confirmation & Workspace Provisioning Immediately upon completing your checkout, you will receive an automated order confirmation via email. Within 5 to 15 minutes, our system will automatically provision your environment, and you will receive a secondary email containing secure access credentials to your dedicated Client Workspace Dashboard and a link to your initial onboarding requirements.

2. Fulfillment & Generation Timelines Because our platform offers a wide range of standardized digital packages and AI configurations, fulfillment timelines vary based on the specific digital product purchased.

  • Initiation of Digital Fulfillment: Turnaround times for all asset generation (including structured deliverables like Brand Identity Kits, Logo Generation, or AI Module Deployments) begin the moment you submit the required configuration data via our automated onboarding portal inside your workspace, not at the exact time of purchase.

4. Revisions and Final Approval For digital packages that include revisions, the updated delivery timeline will be communicated directly through the integrated ticket and chat system within your workspace upon receiving your feedback.
